Testimonials
As a result of the compassionate and generous services we offer to the educational landscape in Laingsburg, Michigan, we develop long-lasting and meaningful relationships with members of our community. Many times, we receive testimonials from our community members and volunteers about how LEAF has impacted their lives for the better. For those of you we hear from, we thank you for your kind words. Here are some of our favorite testimonials:
"During my four decades as a teacher and interim administrator at Laingsburg High School, countless gifts from LEAF made possible what otherwise would have been impossible for students and faculty. Our annual Dining with Young Artists event gained statewide applause after LEAF provided sustaining funds that led to the recognition of student artistic talents. LEAF helped us purchase a large-format color printer to display tip-top students' pictures in the hallways of all three buildings. It also helped us promote Laingsburg as we attracted the best and brightest students and faculty to our schools. A hearty "well done" to LEAF and its leadership."

"My interest in healthcare stemmed from both anatomy and biology classes in high school and led me to study physiology in college. I'm so happy I found where my interest lies early on!"

"We continue to support LEAF because of its success in enhancing Laingsburg Community Schools' educational offerings as well as the extremely high-quality people who, through its existence, have served LEAF. The results speak for themselves with the innovative technologies, tools, and wide variety of programs our students enjoy. Absent LEAF, Michigan's roller coaster of public education funding would have produced a much-reduced set of opportunities for LCS students."

"Mrs. Herder's publication class definitely fueled my passion for design and art direction. It was the gateway. Loved it!"

"Our LEAF didn't fall from a tree. Instead, our LEAF came into being because of hard work by visionaries. It continues to grow season after season, the dream-come-true of Laingsburg citizens who think big, think long-term and work on behalf of the common good. Every Laingsburg citizen who can do so, and who cares about public education as the cornerstone of our democracy, will be prudent to donate so our LEAF never falls, never fails our students, teachers, administrators, and support staff."
