8th Annual LEAF Reverse Raffle a sell-out -- 160 tickets! 

The 2017 Reverse Raffle proved to be successful once again, with our largest earnings yet of over $15,000.00.  It was an exciting evening! Not only did we hand out more prizes than ever before but also we celebrated LEAF's 25th anniversary.

Congratulations to all the winners and a special thanks to the individuals who made this event possible! 

The 9th Annual LEAF Reverse Raffle will be held February 24th at Eagle Eye Golf Club in Bath.  The doors officialy open at 5:00 p.m. and you may enjoy Laingsburg's High School Jazz Band at 5:30 p.m.  Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. and the Raffle drawings take place between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

LEAF's annual Reverse Raffle is held the last Saturday in February and awards up to $4,200 in prize money. The top prize for the last ticket holder is $3,000. Thousands of dollars in non-cash prizes are also awarded throughout the evening thanks to generous donors. More than $49,137 has been raised since the event's inception.

The $100-per-ticket charge includes one raffle entry and one dinner plus two drink tickets. Additional dinner-only tickets are also available for $40 each. People can purchase as many of either kind of ticket as they like, as long as supplies last. There are only 160 tickets printed. 

The event also includes three 50/50 drawings, a large silent auction, special giveaways and contests.

LEAF uses the net proceeds of the raffle to support innovative educational opportunities for Laingsburg students. 2017 raffle license number is R39693.

LEAF is a Michigan nonprofit corporation and a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt organization that provides grants to teachers and students within the Laingsburg Community Schools. Since its inception in 1992, LEAF has given out more than $300,000 in grants.
